Please note there are no full or part refunds for missed appointments or lost time due to lateness.
BOOKING TIMES AGREEMENT
You are booked at a specific time as arranged with Rommie. If you do not arrive at the agreed location or Zoom online video room at your specified booking time then your time is forfeited. For example, if your booking is for 10am until 11am and you call at 10.15am your reading is still until 11am.
